Vintage Kodiak Salmon Label (Bear) Whiskey Glass

Features both the left and right halves of a label from a can of mythical Kodiak Brand Sockeye Salmon, circa 1879. The brown and sepia images depict a Kodiak Bear (Ursus arctos middendorffi) and a a Sockeye Salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka). Text reading "Kodiak Brand Sockeye Salmon," "Sockeye Salmon" and "Contents About One Pound" also appear on the left half with the bear. Text reading, "Kodiak Brand Sockeye Salmon" and "Packed by the Afognak Packing Company, Kodiak, Alaska" appear on the right half with the Sockeye. . It is rare to find a label this old in such good condition.
