Nov 1 1915, W Fara and Indian Agent Charles Heinline, visited Chief Captain Louie and the Paiute Indian Camp (near the site of the Old Camp Casino) -According to the Burns Times Herald, they distributed 24 wool blankets, and 14 army surplus tents to the tribe that day. The Paiutes used the tents through 1928
