this is my own design printed on tissue paper and I ordered it to test for craft projects. It works perfect when glued on any flat surface with mod podge or similar medium. The white background of the design becomes almost transluscent and the image looks like printed on the surface. The design comes out in perfect black as it was meant to be. Even the very thin lines of the stamps and handwriting came out crisp and clear. The color does not smear at all when glueing the paper on a surface with mod podge.

The application of this decoupage paper was very simple , applied with PVA glue on a plywood surface. The colour stayed true to paper before application . I used cling film to apply over ply wood , no wrinkles , very pleased with the result.
