I have made custom photo ornaments of my son every year since his birth (4 years now). Each year in the past I've had problems with quality, resulting in multiple returns/reorders. This year it looks like they finally have a good quality assurance program in place. The ornaments were perfect and without defect. I can finally recommend purchasing these items through Zazzle! Pretty good considering it was printed on ceramic. Obviously, the higher resolution photo, the better.
