This ad for Supplee Pineapple Ice Cream in Philadelphia area newspapers in 1021 and was re-created to make this beautiful vintage ice cream print. It is a standard poster size at 13" by 19" and can be enlarged to 24" by 34" and is seen here on value poster paper as default. Upgrading to heavy duty matte is recommended if you are framing this. The ad reads in part - IT'S made from sun-ripened West India Island pineapples, picked in their prime, full-flavoued, juicy, luscious. We've frozen this glorious fruit into the famous SUPPLEE Ice Cream, the ice cream that unquestionably has a better flavour. Supplee Pineapple Ice Cream is so good that we want everybody to know about it and we're taking this method of telling them. You can get it anywhere. Three thousand Supplee dealers in Philadelphia district are selling it today. There's one within a block or two of you right now. I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
