This delightful vintage illustration of cheese comes from the Victorian book "Mrs. Beeton's Book of Household Management" from 1861. I have cleaned up the discoloration of the old original and it is easy to imagine what a beautiful old book this must have been! If cheese is your favourite food, or if you are a cheese monger or fromagier, this apron will be right at home in your kitchen. Gorgonzola, Camembert, Parmesan - they're all here!
