If you nourish it, it will grow. If you don´t, it will either die or it will continue growing but the tree won’t give the fruits it is supposed to give</b><br><br> Like a house, it is important that your goals have a solid base- your roots- your values.<br><br> It is a visual metaphor in which a tree represents your life and the various elements that make it and that are covered on the book. <br><br>It can be your vision board as it represents:<b> your values ( the roots) , your talents ( the Trunk) , your strengths ( small branches supporting your goals) , your goals ( branches), the important areas of your life, your satisfaction levels, your accountability partners ( the tree leaves) and the most important: Your Achievements ( the fruits or the flowers) All in one: In the Tree of My Life.</b><br><br> By labelling these parts, you can actively cultivate your tree to reflect <b>the kind of person you want to become</b>.It is going to grow with you if you nourish it.<b> Keep drawing through the year!</b><br><br> Some new branches will grow (representing new goals), beneath which smaller ones will appear (to measure your level of satisfaction levels). These will grow (as your level of satisfaction grows). Some branches will stop growing as they have reached their highest potential. But don’t worry: new ones will appear!<br><br> <b> It will be exciting when you can actually see the results: the fruits, the flowers, leaves, depending on your tree.</b> Who else is<b> totally shook that 2018 is about to be over?</b> I honestly can’t believe it, but I’m so pumped for 2019!<br><br><b> The start of the new year brings out a lot of conversation about goal setting, and reflecting on accomplishments from 2018. One of my favourite ways to reflect on the current year and look forward into the upcoming year is to create a vision board.</b> <br><br>I love vision boards because they’re a totally creative way to have this conversation with yourself about setting goals and to reflect on what your dream life looks like. I honestly consider it to be a self care practice because it’s an amazing way to spend some quality “me time” especially during the hectic holiday season.<br><br> <b>THE BEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE TO YOURSELF OR TO YOUR LOVED ONES!!!</b>
