Wabi Sabi Card
Wabi Sabi is a Japanese aesthetic concept deeply rooted in Zen Buddhism. It revolves around the terms of simplicity, impermanence and imperfection. My products try to capture a whiff of this hard to grasp worldview.
The bamboo is rendered in sumi-e style, an Asian brush painting technique. The letters at the base form the words „wabi sabi“ in kanji.
