War Is Over if you want it Trucker Hat
An iconic 1960s slogan which delivered in advertisements, bill hoardings and throughout the media by an ex-Beatle and his artist wife to herald the coming of the new decade in late 1969. Lennon and Yoko later recorded a Christmas single using the same slogan. The meaning behind "War is over if you want it" is that the only thing needed for all wars to end is for everyone to stop participating in them. Whilst in practice this is a massively oversimplistic plan, it does bring home the notion that the only things causing some of the world's worst human suffering are humans themselves. A great peacenik design, as well as a great 1960s or baby boomer gift.

My dad and I love the show Squidbillies, but now that I've moved out, we don't get to watch it together anymore. I figured this was the perfect gift for him on Christmas because we both think this is one of Early's funniest hats, and it has some sentimental value. Atleast, as much sentimental value as you can get with a hat that says "Booty Hunter" on it lol.
It's big enough so that it will fit my dad's big ol' head, but its nice that it also has straps in the back, so he could adjust it if needed. I haven't tried to wash it yet, but I'm hoping the print lasts. Overall, I know my dad is going to love it and I can't wait to give it to him for Christmas. The quality of the image is excellent. The colors are bright and pop out, and the words are legible.
