Quality of the material is good. The actual picture is not at all placed where I designed it. The hole for hanging the ornament is through my head, while what I submitted does not show this way, see attachment. I was so excited to give this “our first Christmas” ornament to my wife but now I feel silly. It was a lot of money to not have it come out as designed.

I bought this for my cousin as a Xmas gift. She loved it. The quality is great. The only worry I have is how fragile it seems. It would probably shatter if dropped. The printing was not great but it's probably due to the quality of the photo not the printing itself. It was still a nice turnout. Very pleased with the results.
