Not received my order and would like a full refund. I will never use Zazzle again. I am not the only person I know who has had problems with this company. Totally poor customer service having already contacted them about this issue and have had no further communication from them. Woeful. It didn’t as I haven’t even received it yet. It was integral to the gift I gave my grandson for his birthday 3 days ago and spoilt the whole surprise not having the card.
