Whimsical and Funny Capybara Birthday Card

The cards were created on the REST OF EUROPE website, as they were supposed to be shipped to Greece (from Ireland). However, they were shipped from the USA instead. This has not only caused a significant delay, but has also resulted in unexpected customs charges for the recipient, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I contacted customer service, but they have not been helpful at all. They only informed me about the delay (which is their responsibility) and provided a revised delivery date that is several days after the recipient’s birthday. Now the recipient is supposed to pay customs charges for the card that will arrive after his birthday ???!!! How unprofessional is that ! .

This card is great fun and good quality. I loved the humour inside and on the back. There is the opportunity to change the orientation of this card from landscape to portrait, which I did. It is relatively straightforward to amend the typeface to fit the new orientation. It was well packaged with no plastic. The printing on this card is excellent.

Design is brilliant - there is a male version and a female version of this cartoon and I bought both! You can personalize all the type on this card. I love these cartoon cards from Le Grand Art. I will be coming back to buy more. So pleased with the quality. Great colour and good quality cardstock.
