Iris foetidissima is a species of Iris found in open woodland, hedgebanks and sea-cliffs. Its natural range is Western Europe, including England south of Durham and also Ireland, and from France south and east to N. Africa, Italy and Greece. (From Wikipedia, the free encyclopaedia) I have failed so far to mention that the leaves of this wonderful plant have a smell that some people dislike, but the berries are so wonderful, and the flowers very delicate and pretty. I have never had a problem with the smell, and of course all you get on Zazzle products is the beauty!
