    William Morris Corncockle Cream Blue and Rose Bone China Mug

    I love the Arts Nouveau textile patterns, particularly ones designed by William Morris. This is a reproduction of a design that was created in the 1800s and then woven and printed as a design in the 1900s at Merton Abbey Works. The corncockle or corn cockle is a friendly name for the agrostemma flower, whose silky, delicate blooms float upon willowy grey stems. This lovely flower is artfully and stylistically captured in this amazing taupe, pale blue, and dusty rose pattern. This image is in the public domain and is made available by the Arts Institute of Chicago.

    Good quality mug, it was the largest bone china mug that we could find that was customisable. So here is the plea make bigger bone china mugs. The user interface to upload images was really poor, but as I said the mug is excelent. Image could be a bit sharper, but it was not really noticeable unless you study the picture. I would definately buy again.
