About the product: Winter - Greeting Card. Winter is a special time of year for people around the globe.There’s nothing like experiencing winter landscapes. Every single aspect of the natural world is different than it is in the summer, and not only that, each and every winter is unique. Differing amounts of snowfall, temperatures swings, humidity levels and wind patterns all help to give the features of the landscape an appearance that is precisely unlike that of any other year. The winter weather has its downside, but few would deny it produces some stunningly beautiful scenes. To many, winter is the most magical time of the year. Our thoughts turn to the beauty of ice and snow. We see big white puffs of semi-frozen water that fall from the sky and cover everything in a blanket of pure white. A white winter takes its part into the amazing cycle of nature. This phase of the natural cycle puts everything around us to sleep and lets the nature rest and recuperate before it’s spring again: most animals start hibernating, and the prolonged darkness makes it feel like a constant night time. Winter is beautiful for all the people who can actually see it. When we walk around the edges of lakes and rivers as after a night of heavy rainfall or on really cold mornings when there's still ice on the ground. We dream of the short days of winter, preferably with snow and ice. We look at different aspects of the winter landscapes and we capture the feeling and mood of winter.
