4.5 - I haven't had an issue with breaking that some of the other reviews have mentioned. It was a little difficult to get onto my phone but looks great now that it's on there! There was a small chip in the design on the bottom of the case but nothing a marker wouldn't fix so I didn't bother contacting the company. I love this item and think it looks great on my phone. I love it!!! I moved the photo a bit on the case when I purchased it and it turned out exactly as I requested. The colors are gorgeous and looks so elegant! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is searching for a case for their phone. I've gotten lots of compliments on it already, along with "It's so you!".

case is sturdy and has a rubber backing to protect the phone on the flip side when you put the phone in. glossy look looks fantastic. printing turned out fantastic. the glossy finish makes the colors pop! awesome!
