Woman with a Mirror (A Woman at Her Toilet) (c. 1512-1515) by Titian is a vintage Renaissance fine art portrait painting. A young beautiful Venetian woman daydreaming in her bathroom, holding her hair in one hand and a perfume bottle in the other. A bearded man is holding two mirrors for her, one in front and the other behind.
About the artist:
Tiziano Vecelli or Tiziano Vecellio (1488/1490-1576) better known as Titian was an Italian painter and a leader of 16th century Venetian school of the Italian Renaissance. He was born in Pieve di Cadore and was often called Da Cadore, taken from the place of his birth.
