The mug came out exactly as I designed it and was very nice! It came after Christmas which was no fault of zazzle as UPS took forever. When I called Zazzle trying to see why, if I paid for expedited shipping was it late, the rep was extremely helpful and patient in trying to resolve my issue!! Being as it was a Christmas gift I had family flying in and the particular person the gift was for would be gone by the time UPS had it scheduled for delivery so she had a new one made and delivered to the persons house. They still ended up getting it without me having to go through the hassle of the post office! Thank you! Very nice great colors!

I loved designing this mug using images stored on Zazzle. Was able to choose the font for the name and uplaod a background for behind the name, and a fabulous image of a black and white horse. It came out beautifully well and I was well pleased.
