I purchased this mug, different face design, same inside handle color, along with another one. I was impressed with the flexibility provided for "building" a mug. It arrived in perfect condition (great packing job) and it looks exactly like the one pictured on this site. They were bday gifts for my college daughter whose more childish one has gotten chipped and tossed. She is very pleased. Printing and colors exactly as pictured. Impressed and pleased.
