This is a Feelings Wheel that me and my intern created where we added a section for numb, which is a feeling we can identify. This is great for therapist to use with clients, teachers, parents, or even among friends or lovers. The goal is to look at the words and identify as many as possible that part of you may be feeling. Often when use individuals may say the are feeling one thing but then recognise 4-6 feelings. Its a lot easier to work with 5 smaller emotions such as sad, lost, confused, angry, and surprised than to work with sad that is actually having a lot more going on.
