The customization options were awesome. It came out exactly as I designed. Only recommendation for the site would be making it easier to see a larger image of the overall design to help get spacing just right, but I was still able to get it just like I wanted. The way the images and words are printed on the mug is really professional high quality. It's completely smooth and impossible to feel any difference between the non-printed area and the printed area. Minus 1 star for very small area of black speckling in bottom border of print area where mug should be plain white. It's not enough to really bother me, but I did see that there is a satisfaction guarantee, so I could have returned it to try again.
