This is the coolest census graphic I've ever seen - the typeset results of the United States' first census. I framed it out for you in black so you can see it clearly! The most striking element in the results is the column counting slaves in the original states. Only two had no slaves to count, yet Virginia had 292,627. It explains SO MUCH. This notebook would be a great thank-you or friendship gift for any genealogist, or a nice treat for yourself to use for notes at a convention, or for a library visit.
