Zazzle Gift Cards can be applied only to purchases for merchandise and associated shipping charges on the Zazzle Website. Zazzle Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Zazzle Gift Cards.

Zazzle Gift Cards may be redeemed by entering the gift card number at checkout. The unused balance of each of your Zazzle Gift Cards will be maintained in your Zazzle Gift Card account and can be applied to future purchases of products. You may check the outstanding balance by logging into My Account.

Zazzle Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and you may not return Zazzle Gift Cards for a refund, except where required by law (only in California, USA). In these cases, you can request to have your gift certificate balance converted into a check or cash, if the balance is £10 or less, by contacting our Customer Support team.

Zazzle is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Zazzle will issue a replacement gift card if Zazzle verifies that the lost or stolen card has not been redeemed and the original purchase receipt is presented.
