Last week at auction I got a box full of 1930s and ‘40s women’s magazines. At the bottom of the box I was astonished to see an old Captain Future magazine, in astonishing condition. Astonishment all around. According to the ‘net, Captain Future series of comic books began life in 1940 and ran until 1944. The character then appeared in other comics series, mainly Startling Stories, Amazing Stories, and Thrilling Wonder Stories. My recipient loved this jigsaw, they found it a challenge at 1000 pieces, their only comment was the picture on the box was very small and made it tricky to follow as a guide. Printing as ever with Zazzle was great no issues.

Great looking jigsaw with unusually glossy finish.Only gripe is that it is not of the complete original painting. Rather expensive however and steep delivery cost to the UK. All in all the recipient was very pleased with this jigsaw. Lovely gloss finish with vibrant colours.
