Never received it and the support people were no help! The On Track Tracking # 1085655645 with USPS related tracking # 92748902069732000038866470 was never delivered to my home and ONTRAC said it was incorrectly delivered somewhere and not recoverable. Total BS and now I don't have my product! Don't know never received my item.
