1960 British ha'penny keychain
If you haven't got a penny, then a ha'penny will do. The British halfpenny is an ancient coin, reaching back perhaps as far as King Henry I (1100-1135). It didn't make it past 1969. Not surprising that it appeared in many metals, sizes and designs in that time. It was warth 1/480th of a pound sterling. This version was designed for Edward VIII before his abdication in 1936 and was produced through the reign of George VI and Elizabeth II with tiny design variations until it was discontinued. It breaks from a long tradition of depicting Britannia on the reverse. The ship was created by T.H. Paget (his initials, HP, are engraved below the stern) and was inspired by Sir Francis Drake's ship the Golden Hind. UK currency was decimalised in 1971. This coin is pre-decimal currency and is no longer legal tender.

Metal Circle Keychain, 2"
Very poor quality. Almost unreadable to the naked eye, imafes on store are much clearer, very misleading.
