The product is well made and my dad loves it. I got this for his birthday. Problem is I ordered this on the 10th, paid for premium shipping so it would be here before his birthday. It arrived the day after. I looked at the shipping label and it was sent regular mail. That’s completely unacceptable! The quality is amazing. Everything is great. Would buy again but definitely not pay for premium shipping.
