The 4th Infantry Division is a light infantry division of the United States Military. It is composed of a Headquarters the Headquarters Battalion and three brigade combat teams, a Combat Aviation Brigade, the 4th Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade, and a Division Artillery. The division's nickname came after a play of words from the roman number IV (four) and was named "Ivy", therefor the Ivy Division.
