I ordered a blank ornament made a porcelain which is fine and just the right weight for hanging. Using the tools on the create your own to do the background, icons, and text. It's fun and rewarding and I promise you this ornament could not be found anywhere in the world! The colors are vibrant and the printing is clear and just the right size. Unfortunately it was broken when it arrived and I emailed Zazzle immediately. Within 24 hours I had credit for the ornament to order another or three days a second one. Very user friendly website
