The alligator snapping turtle can be a formidable pet, but he is quite adorable and safe on this greeting card. You can recognise alligator snapping turtles by the rough, ridged skin that resembles an alligator, the large, triangular-shaped head and the distinctive yellow patterns around the eyes that help camouflage them. Looked great and was perfect for my Nana's 99th it arrived super quick so much quicker than sending the original from the other side of the world!
