These structures were usually step pyramids with temples on top – more akin to the ziggurats of Mesopotamia than to the pyramids of Ancient Egypt. This invitation was even better than we could imagine! They look exactly how we designed them on the laptop. Even before I took them out of the clear packaging I still didn't think they would be as good. I thought they would be flimsy, but they are quite thick and are a good quality invitation!
