Japanese apricot flower tile

The name "Baika" for this crest comes from Mon no Izumi. Other sources refer to it as "Ume" (梅), "Ume no Hana" (梅の花). The illustration is based on a traditional method used by crest designers, starting with dividing a circle into ten parts, as Ume no Hana is a geometric shape based on a regular pentagon.

Really nice image fixed to the tiles in my shower as a background to a soap dish. This was to hide the marks left by a broken soap dish. Just used tile adhesive and white grout. I think it looks good, almost like the drips are falling from the soap dish. No probs. Nice image.
