Based on the picture, we were not expecting the back to be "hollow". Looking back on the "Basic BUTTON keychain", we should have been able to figure that out…but we didn't! The customization was terrific and made all the difference. We also expected it to be smaller…as one would expect a keychain to be…but it wasn't. It said "2.25", but we didn't really "see" that in the picture. Great personalization!
