Black with Pink Passion Damask Envelope

The printing was off center on front & back. The back of the envelope was to be solid "Pink Passion". I called Zazzle right away and after talking to a second person, and emailing them the back of the envelope, they agreed to re-run the order. They rushed the order for me and we received them in a timely manner but the back still wasn't the solid "Pink Passion" isn't solid but the "mistake" was evenly printed this time so we are using them. The design is just as expected and the front of the envelope is perfect but the back is not. It was supposed to be a solid color but the printing from the front printed onto part of the back. Be careful with special artwork. It might be worth your time to order sample infivtations early so you can see what they look like. Quaility of product is worth the price.

very beautiful invitation. perfect color and paper. you can do as you prefer. all fiends new very surprised and they complimented with us. perfect quality. there was a problem with Italian courier but Zazzle helped me

The design of these envelopes is really pretty, but I had several issues with the quality. About half of them had a strange line that looked like dried glue, one had noticeable folds or seams that seem to be a printing malfunction, and another envelope was actually stuck together so badly that I had to rip it to get my invitation inside. I’m disappointed, especially since I can’t return them due to needing to send out my invitations quickly.
