I love this product. I am giving it as a gift and I know my boyfriend will love it. I am so excited about it! Though it first got lost by the USPS who was super unhelpful, and very rude, the customer service people here were very caring and attentive, apologized, and sent out a new one right away that got here very promptly. Can't say enough good things, thank you!!! Though the printing isn't of the best quality, it's an old picture look and I feel like it adds to the integrity of it piece. Love it!
