I was expecting a 3-D heart ornament. It's a flat disc with a photo of the heart on the red background. Entire ornament is about 1/8 inch thick. Disappointed that it's not exactly what I expected. This was not custom printing, but the print quality is good. The ornament is just flat, not 3-D.
