The boots, pants, a safety vest, and the hard hat that this man wears helps to keep him safe but also adds to the heat. He is not allowed to sit down at work. He is dedicated to his job and works hard. He is Jose. He is a carpenter. He is a hard worker. He is a provider. He is a key instrument in the stability of our infrastructure and of future education. He is an individual representing many. This is a great gift for anyone who likes construction, building things, progress, or a simple reminder of the similarities and differences between your job and his.
