Cape Kiwanda State Park is an amazing recreation area in Pacific Beach, Oregon, with a gigantic haystack rock, dunes, surfers, dory boats, huge joggers, sunbathers, and more. While Cannon Beach is better known for its haystack rock, the cobalt structure in Pacific Beah is taller and has a fascinating offshoot on one side. It's especially gorgeous at sunset.
