    The image on this mousepad is the Catrina. She is a skeletal icon associated with the Mexican holiday, Day of the Dead. Ubiquitous in late October and early November, her image is seen everywhere in Mexico in the form of ceramic figures, wooden carvings, paintings, photos, parades and cut paper banners. This particular image is the unique black ceramic Catrina created in the town of Cuanajo, about 10 Kilometres from Patzcuaro Michoacán.
