Amedeo Clemente Modigliani (1884-1920) was an Italian painter and sculptor who worked mainly in France. He is known for portraits and nudes in a modern style chraacterised by a surreal elongation of faces, necks, and figures that were not received well during his lifetime, but later became much sought-after.
Chaïm Soutine (1893-1943) was a French painter of Belarusian-Jewish origin who made a major contribution to the expressionist movement while living and working in Paris.

The application of this decoupage paper was very simple , applied with PVA glue on a plywood surface. The colour stayed true to paper before application . I used cling film to apply over ply wood , no wrinkles , very pleased with the result.
