My fiance and I used this as our wedding invitation. We loved it when we saw it, but the banner initially didn't match our colors, so we contacted the artist, Teri Francis, to ask if the color could be changed. Teri responded immediately, sending a new template, asking if we needed any more adjustments, and offering to send us any discount codes available once we were ready to order. I was stunned (in the best possible way!) by the response and the generosity. Front and back showed up as we hoped, customizations and all. Size and paper quality were prefect -- and getting envelopes with our order was a nice bonus!
