These 10 Steps are explained in detail in Catherine Goggia's, "Leading and Supporting Change," workshop offered through The Butte College Training Place and her webinar training of the same title. When a company hires Catherine to deliver one or both of these trainings to their leadership or employee teams, this mug is the perfect training take-away people can use for a quick reminder after the training. As my previous order was kept in history of orders I was able just to reorder without having to customise the mug again, & so was able to order exactly the same mug as a replacement. I love this mug, I designed it for myself (the only thing wrong is the pink color in the print: it's darker than the preview). The inside color is perfect and also the print has a high quality finissage. colors are a bit Darker, so my pink heart and logo aren't like the preview.
