they say that "good things come to those who wait", and i have to agree. patience certainly paid off when it came to capturing this bird taking off from the pier at lochloosa lake in north central florida during my most recent visit. i highly recommend this area along hwy 301 if you're looking to take a nice sunset photo. (february 2020)
