Chic French Fine Art Haute Couture Medusa Mask

This customizeable return address label design is a chic haute couture style copy of a golden medusa mask originally created with gilded bronze in France circa 1875 and at one time owned by famed ultra rich financier John Pierpont Morgan. The original piece can be found online in the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Manhattan. According to ancient Greek mythology, Medusa, also referred to as Gorgo, was one of the three terrible magical Gorgons, usually depicted as winged humanoid females with live poisonous serpents in place of the hair on their heads. Allegedly anyone who looked into Medusa's eyes was turned into stone. You can easily change the background colour, text spelling; font style, colour and size with the Zazzle personalise button.
