This beautiful, elegant design features vintage red and pink roses with a modern twist against a high-contrast background of thin white stripes on black. In the centre is gold edged white area containing blank lines and checkboxes so that you can fill out your to-do list and check off the tasks as you complete them. At the top are the words, "My To-Do List:". At the bottom is a white monogram inside of a gold-edged black circle and a name. You can personalise this design for yourself or a loved one by changing the monogram and the name.
