One order, 9 items for a wedding seating chart.
The order was partially received, multiple tables had a line through the page, top table was missing. Contacted Zazzle, who apologised and got replacements ordered and the postage was free and expedited (least they could do). Also advised that the top table would be sent out separate, which is fine, but there was nothing to indicated this in the order.
Replacements received and they are a completely different colour to the original order and are unusable. I now don't seem to be able to contact Zazzle about it, as there was an issue with the same order previously and it won't let me report an issue on an order more than once. So no refund, no replacement. Terrible customer service and I'm out of pocket.
