Popular culture recognises this little chipmunk due to a cartoon popular in the 1960s and 1970s. With the introduction of a movie, starring a little fella name Alvin, chipmunks have become more popular than ever. This guy is named Chippy and can be seen running back and forth in our little Peaceable Kingdom. Chipmunks are squirrels, albeit small ones and are known for foraging food and storing it in their expansive cheeks. Once their cheeks are full, off they go to a den where they stockpile food to eat during the colder months of Winter. Winter offers Chipmunks less opportunities for food gathering and these smart little guys stock the pantry so times can be a little more comfortable.

Looked great and was perfect for my Nana's 99th it arrived super quick so much quicker than sending the original from the other side of the world!
