This is the worst online buying experience I've had in 20 years. I forgot to specify the shape & color of hands when I placed the order, I emailed them back right away and asked if it was too late to specify those 2 things & they said it was too late. I paid for expedited shipping & was supposed to receive it within a weeks time. It took 2 weeks for them to even ship it. I told them to cancel the order since it was a birthday gift and too late. They still sent it and it was hideous and very cheap looking. I sent it back weeks ago and still haven't received a refund nor a response to my several emails. BEWARE!!!! I didn't ask for printing
