Good quality mug which was very well packaged, so no issues there but I can buy a mug for less than three quid. I bought it for the personalization and whilst in fairness the reproduction and design are fine the picture has come out strangely dark. I bought this on massive reduction and will still halfheartedly give this to my wife as a stocking filler but its (along with the travel mug I bought from here which I am even less enamored with) the only thing I've taken a punt on this Xmas that I'm not fully satisfied with. It has come out slightly better than the travel mug with the same picture though. Like I said I bought this on a massive sale discount but If I'd have paid full price then I would have been in two minds as to whether to reject and return it. I'm giving this a VERY generous three stars on the understanding that I bought it on heavy discount.

The picture has come out strangely dark. Someone really should have contacted me before fulfilling the order to discuss. The light filters applied are just poor and the picture on the product is like it was shot in a coal mine, very differently to how it displays on my phone and PC. I appreciate that other pictures with different/higher lighting may be much better so I'm not going to say don't buy but do beware if the initial photo you use isn't a full daylight shot. I bought this on massive reduction and will still halfheartedly give this to my wife as a stocking filler as it represented a special day but its (along with the travel mug I bought from here which I am even less enamored with) the only thing I've taken a punt on this Xmas that I'm not satisfied with. Like I said I bought this on a massive sale discount but If I'd have paid full price then this would definitely have be a return job.
