The mug I created is awesome! My girlfriend LOVED it! Her parents also LOVED it! And all her friends are jealous that their significant others are not as thoughtful. Shipping and manufacturing was fast and I could not believe it arrived perfectly on time for Christmas. I did not have high quality images to upload, all of the pictures were copies from Facebook so I didn't have high expectations for the image quality. I was surprised that I mugs looks as nice as it does. I'm very satisfied with the quality.

Great quality travel mug, with a great picture quality as well (we had a personal picture added to the mug) and gave it to my husband's father as a birthday gift. He loved it! The shipping we selected said 3-5 business days, and it arrived on the 5th business day. Happy with this product overall. The picture printing was sharp and clear, just as it appeared on the computer screen.

The final product far exceeded my expectations when it arrived. It feels solid, looks impressive, and I love the style. It has a very solid lid which is still easy to remove and re fit. Looks great in the Stainless Steel and it was delivered on time and very well packaged. I have only one little niggle, and that is the logo background colour of black doesn't quite match the black that they company uses so you can see the slight difference is tones. It would have been great if these matched and to be honest, I am not sure if that is something I would have to do my end before uploading or if this could be sorted at the printing stage.
